GuestBun provides software that helps accommodation hosts collect guest pre-check-in information, manage booking records, and export submitted guest data.
Host responsibility
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their use of GuestBun complies with local guest registration, accommodation, tourism, tax, reporting, and data protection requirements.
No official reporting in v1
GuestBun does not submit reports to police, tourism offices, municipalities, or other public authorities in this version of the product. Hosts must complete any required official reporting themselves.
Acceptable use
Hosts must only collect guest information that they are legally allowed to collect and must not misuse guest data. GuestBun may suspend access if the service is used for unlawful, abusive, or unsafe purposes.
Data deletion
Hosts can delete bookings, submitted guest records, and properties from the dashboard. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
